Can’t train with me in real life? Here is the next best thing. I am passionate about getting YOU started on your strength and fitness journey. The gym can be an intimidating place, and I want you to feel confident walking into the space, and getting stuck in to your LIFTED program.
LIFTED Strength [FOUNDATIONS]
- This is for you if you are brand new to strength training and you want to learn the basics. The 4 week program will set you up to star to build confidence using weights. 3x full body sessions, each exercise has it’s own demo video so you know what to do. No barbells, no burpees, no problem.
You need: DB’s/KB’s and access to some cardio machines or ergs, bikes/ski/rower
LIFTED Team Training [BASE]
- This is for you if you have some gym experience, want some guidance with working with weights and would value a structured plan to follow. You will have 3 full body strength sessions to follow, with optional additional conditioning and prescribed aerobic work (zone 2) around your sessions, with a team LIFTED Saturday Sweat challenge each week. No barbells, maybe some burpees, and the community chat function to get involved with the whole team.
You need: DB’s/KB’s and access to some cardio machines or ergs, bikes/ski/rower
